A million square feet of progress

The McMillan Center will stand adjacent to four prominent medical facilities: Children’s National Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, National Rehabilitation Hospital, and the VA Medical Center. It will amplify the efforts of these and other leading medical institutions in the region.

Tower 1

Pediatric and young adult medicine

The first of the McMillan Center’s three towers (to be built in phases) will serve primarily as a family health center, with a focus on pediatric, young adult, and women’s medicine and services.

Adult medicine and services

On the east side of the development, near North Capitol Street, NW, Tower 2’s focus will be adult wellness and healthcare, and clinical research to support the advancement of health and wellness for our adult community.
