As a cornerstone of this mixed-use development, the McMillan Center for Health & Research is the premier health and life sciences project on the east coast. It will build on the heritage of the site to transform the landscape of healthcare services in Washington, DC, and beyond, advancing the future of health.

The McMillan Center will stand adjacent to four prominent medical facilities: Children’s National Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, National Rehabilitation Hospital, and the VA Medical Center. It will amplify the efforts of these and other leading medical institutions in the region.
